摘要
建立微透析-HPLC测定小鼠海马细胞外液中Cys和Hcy含量的方法 ,探讨甘草次酸对雄黄染毒小鼠海马细胞外液中Cys和Hcy含量的影响.结果表明,所建方法准确、可靠,具有连续活体取样、实时动态检测的优势.此外,甘草次酸对雄黄引起的小鼠海马细胞外液中Cys和Hcy含量的降低有保护作用.
The method of micro-dialysis combined with HPLC was established for detecting the contents of cysteine and homocysteine in the hippocampal extracellular fluid of mice,that investigate the effects of glycyrrhetinic acid on the levels of Cys and Hcy in hippocampal extracellular fluid of realgar-treated mice.The results showed that the method was accurate,reliable,and had the advantages of continuous sampling in vivo and realtime dynamic analysis.In addition,glycyrrhetinic acid played a role of protection on the decreased levels of Cys and Hcy in hippocampal extracellular fluid of realgar-treated mice.
