滋补肝肾法治疗更年期功能性子宫出血效果观察

Observation on effect of nourishing liver and kidney treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨滋补肝肾法在更年期功能性子宫出血治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2012年12月~2014年11月间我院收治的更年期功能性子宫出血患者,共计70例。未均分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组35例,采用滋补肝肾法联合米非司酮进行治疗;对照组35例,仅采用米非司酮进行治疗。对比临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后有效率,治疗组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。对比内分泌改善情况,治疗组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论滋补肝肾法是一种有效治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的辅助手段。该方法治疗效果显著,临床治疗过程中未发现严重不良反应。值得广泛推广和深入研究。

Objective To study the clinical effect of nourishing liver and kidney in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 70 patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding, who were received and treated in our hospital from December 2012 to November 2014, were selected and were divided into two groups. 35 cases in treatment group were treated with nourishing liver and kidney combined mifepristone, and 35 cases in control group were only treated with mifepristone. To compare the clinical effect between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in treatment group was significantly better than which in control group, the differences was statically significant（P〈 0.01）. The improvement of endocrine in treatment group was obviously better than which in control group, the differences was statically significant（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Nourishing liver and kidney is effective supplementary mean in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding, has significantly treatment effect without serious adverse reaction discovered during the clinical treatment process, is worthy extensive popularization and further study.
