个体化干预措施对肺炎支原体感染患儿临床疗效和不良反应的影响

Effect of individual intervention measures on clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

目的分析个体化干预措施对炎支原体感染患儿临床疗效和不良反应的影响。方法选择从2012年2月~2014年10月于我院接受治疗的72例肺炎支原体感染患儿作为研究对象,根据护理方案不同,分为研究组和对照组两组,对照组患儿采用常规护理方案,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上,采用个体化干预措施。观察两组患儿体征恢复时间等一般情况;并比较两组患儿临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果研究组患儿的体温恢复时间、心率恢复时间及肺部恢复时间均显著低于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组患儿的临床总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组患儿的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论个体化干预措施对肺炎支原体感染患儿临床疗效显著,各项体征恢复时间短,不良反应发生率低,适合临床长期推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of individual intervention measures on clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods 72 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to October 2014 were selected as research objects and they were allocated to the study group and the control group according to nursing projects. Children in the control group were received routine nursing project while children in the study group were received individual intervention measures at the basis of control group. General conditions such as recovery time of signs of patients in two groups were observed. And clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of children in two groups were compared. Results Recovery time of temperature, heart rate and lungs of children in the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group. The difference had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Total clinical effective rate of children in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Incidence of adverse reactions of children in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical curative effect of individual intervention measures in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is significant. And it has short recovery time of various signs and low incidence of adverse reactions, suitable for long-term clinical promotion and application.
