慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者急性加重期抗菌药物治疗的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical curative effect of antibiotics in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at acute exacerbation stage

目的探讨运用抗菌药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的临床治疗效果。方法选择2014年10月~2015年6月在我院接受治疗的190例AECOPD患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和实验组,每组95例。所有患者均给予常规检查和对症治疗,而实验组根据患者的生化检查数据给予抗菌药物治疗,观察治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率97.89%高于对照组86.32%,实验组并发症发生率4.21%明显低于对照组17.89%,实验组患者对治疗的满意度98.95%高于对照组87.37%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全面分析病情,科学使用抗菌药物,可以使AECOPD患者的病情得到有效的缓解,降低不良反应的发生,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of antibiotics in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at acute exacerbation stage（AECOPD）. Methods 190 AECOP patients receiving treatment in our hospital from October 2014 to June 2015 were selected as research objects and they were allocated to the control group and the experimental group,with 95 in each.All patients were given routine examinations and symptomatic treatment.But patients in the experimental group were given antibiotics according to data of biochemical examinations.Curative effects were compared. Results Total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 97.89%,higher than that of the control group 86.32%.Incidence of complications of the experimental group was 4.21%,significantly lower than that of the control group 17.89%.Satisfaction degree of treatment of patients in the experimental group was 98.95%,higher than that of the control group 83.37%.Differences in data had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion A comprehensive analysis of disease and scientifically use of antibiotics can effectively alleviate diseases of AECOP patients, reduce occurrence of adverse reactions and improve curative effect.
