关节镜下切除腘窝囊肿的临床疗效研究

目的探讨关节镜下切除腘窝囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年2月采用关节镜下切除腘窝囊肿32例（均为单侧腘窝囊肿）患者,左膝11例和右膝21例,术前均行膝关节MRI检查,观察膝关节内病变及囊肿范围。术中处理膝关节腔内病变后,刨削切除囊壁,所有操作均在关节镜下进行。术后采用Rauschning和Lindgren标准来评价术后临床效果。结果术后随访8~10个月,无复发病例,根据Rauschning和Lindgren评分标准：0级28例,Ⅰ级3例,Ⅱ级1例。术后0级患者较术前明显提高,两者差异有统计学意义（x^2=51.23,P〈0.01）。结论关节镜下切除腘窝囊肿方法可行,安全可靠,疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of popliteal cyst removed by arthroscopic. Methods 32 patients with popliteal cyst（all the popliteal cysts were unilateral） in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014 were treated by arthroscopic excision. The popliteal cysts included 11 left knees and 21 right knees. All the patients were examined by MRI before operation to observe the lesions intra-articular and the sizes of popliteal cyst. During the operation, the popliteal cyst was removed after the intra-articular disorders excision. Rauschning and Lindgren criteria were used to evaluate the postoperative clinical effects. Results After 8-10 months followed up, no patient recrudesced. According to the guidelines of Rauschning and Lindgren, there were 28 cases of grade 0, 3 cases of grade Ⅰ, 1 cases of grade Ⅱ. The patients of grade 0 after surgery were significantly higher than before, the difference was statistically significant（x^2=51.23, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The treatment of popliteal cyst removed by arthroscopic is a feasible, safe and reliable, satisfactory effect method.
