口腔正畸结合修复治疗错伴牙列缺损的临床经验与体会

Clinical experience of orthodontic treatment combined with repair in treatment of malocclusion with defect of dentition

目的探讨口腔正畸结合修复治疗错伴牙列缺损的临床效果。方法收集我院口腔科2012年1月~2015年1月门诊收治的错伴牙列缺损80例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例,患者均给予治疗前全面系统的检查,通过X线检查,口腔检查患者具体病情,制定合适的治疗方案,观察组给予口腔正畸结合修复治疗,对照组给予单纯烤瓷牙修复方式,观察治疗效果。结果两组间治疗效果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,其中观察组有效率为95.0%,对照组为82.5%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组显效率为80.0%,明显高于对照组的52.5%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口腔正畸结合修复治疗错（牙合）伴牙列缺损效果显著,有效率和显著率均较高,值得临床推荐。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment combined with repair in treatment of malocclusion with defect of dentition. Methods 80 patients of malocclusion with defect of dentition who were admitted to clinic of department of stomatology in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected and they were allocated to the experimental group and the control group according to random number table,with 40 in each. All patients were given comprehensive and systematic examination.Specific diseases of patients were examined by X-ray examination and proper treatment regimens were formulated.The observation group was given orthodontic treatment combined with repair while the control group was given porcelain teeth repair. Curative effects were compared. Results Difference in clinical effects of two groups were statistical significant（P〈 0.05）.Effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95% and 82.5% respectively and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. The obvious effective rate of the observation group was 80.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group 52.5%. The difference was statistical significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment combined with repair in treatment of malocclusion with defect of dentition has significant effect.In addition,it has higher effective rate and significant rate,worthy of clinical recommendation.
