十二指肠Brunner's腺瘤5例临床病理讨论与分析

Clinical pathological discussion and analysis of duodenal Brunner's gland adenoma in 5 cases

十二指肠Brunner＇s腺瘤是发生于十二指肠的一种少见病变,术前确诊困难,术后病理诊断较易。BGA手术切除预后良好,术后不复发,恶变率极低,可以通过内镜复查。本文总结了5例BGA临床及病理资料,患者平均年龄49.2岁,其首发症状3例为中、上腹部疼痛,2例为黑便,2例大体表现为结节状肿物,长径0.6~4.5cm,2例表现为带蒂息肉。组织结构为小结节状,形态似于Brunner氏腺增生,行肿物切除术后,均无复发。

Duodenum Brunner＇s gland adenoma（BGA） is a rare lesion occurring in duodenum.Preoperative diagnosis is hard and postoperative pathological diagnosis is easy.BGA resection has a good prognosis and low malignant change rate and it have no relapse after operation which can be reexamined though endoscope.This paper summarized clinical and pathological data of BGA in 5 cases.Average age of patients was 49.2 years old.Of whom,first symptoms were 3 cases of middle and upper abdominal pain,2 cases of melena,2 cases of nodular masses with lengths of 0.6cm to 4.5cm and 2 cases of pedunculated polypoid.Organization structure was nodules and the form was similar to Brunner gland adenoma.After resection of masse, there was no relapse.
