临床药师对1例真菌性肺炎患者的药学监护

Pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacist in fungal pneumonia patient on 1 case

临床药师通过对1例真菌性肺炎患者在临床诊治过程中的药学监护,达到治愈患者的目的,为临床药师诊治该类型病例合理用药方面提高临床治愈率提供依据。选取2014年11月15日在我院接受诊治的1例真菌性肺炎患者资料进行分析,患者入院后首先对患者进行常规检查,其次根据患者临床症状、病史等表现进行合理药物监护。通过临床药师合理用药诊治,患者的体温逐渐开始下降并恢复正常,咳嗽、咳痰症状经药物控制后,有所改善。真菌性肺炎患者治疗过程中通过加强临床药师的药学监护,结合患者的当时的临床实际表现情况,充分发挥专业优势,根据药学原理有甄别的提高不同药物治疗的选择性,降低不同药物与药物之间不良反应发生率,提高临床治疗成功率以至达到最佳的治疗效果。

To cure patients by pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists in clinical diagnosis and treatment in fungal pneumonia patient in 1 case to provide reference for rational administration of clinical pharmacists in diagnosing and treating such cases. Data of 1 fungal pneumonia patient who was treated in our hospital on the 15 th November, 2014 was analyzed. After hospitalization, the patient was received routine examination, followed by rational administration monitoring according to clinical symptoms, medical history and other manifestations. By rational administration of clinical pharmacists, the patient＇s body temperature was gradually decreased to a normal degree. Cough and expectoration were improved after drug control. During treatment of fungal pneumonia patients, pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists should be strengthened. Professional advantage should be made full use of according to clinical practical manifestations. Selectivity of different drug treatments was differentially improved according to pharmaceutical principles to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions between drugs and to improve successful rate of clinical treatment to achieve best curative effect.
