随着我国对临床药学工作的重视,医院药学已经逐渐进入以患者为中心的药学服务阶段,在临床药学的工作中,用药分析及药学服务成为临床药师职责的核心。本研究在不稳定型心绞痛伴高血压患者的治疗过程中,对患者进行用药分析和用药监护。从药物作用机理、最新的相关治疗指南、药物不良反应监测、药物相互作用等方面进行阐述。临床药师在诊疗过程中得到了锻炼和成长,也得到了心血管科医生的肯定,发挥了临床药师的作用。

Along with the attention of clinical pharmacy work in our country,hospital pharmacy has gradually entered the stage of pharmaceutical service,drug use analysis and pharmaceutical care were the core of clinical pharmacists＇ responsibility in clinical pharmacy work.To carry out drug use analysis and pharmaceutical care during the treatment process of patients with unstable angina pectoris combined hypertension.To expatiate the mechanism of drugs,the newest correlative treatment guidelines,adverse drug reaction monitoring,drug interaction and so on.Clinical pharmacists have obtained exercises and growth during the treatment process,have obtained affirmation by cardiovascular doctor,have brought into play the effect.
