缎纹织物按压过程的有限元仿真

摘要 使用PRO/E 5.0建立了缎纹织物的三维细观几何模型,借助有限元软件ANSYS Workbench的静态结构模块模拟了缎纹织物的按压过程,分析了织物受力压缩后的变形情况。仿真结果展示了按压过程中纱线伸直、拉伸变形、纱线滑移以及形成的织物四棱锥的变形区域。
