不同类型农户宅基地退出意愿影响因素分析——以新疆特克斯县为例

Influencing Factors of Homestead Exit Intention of Multiple Occupations Farmers:An Example of Turks County in Xinjiang

为了研究宅基地退出影响因素在多民族文化农村区域的特殊性,对新疆特克斯县农户进行问卷调查,选取特克斯县三乡一镇作为样本区,将调查农户分为低等兼业、中等兼业与高兼业农户家庭3种类型,采用Logistic回归模型分析影响不同类型农户宅基地退出意愿的因素。结果表明:3种农户实际需求不完全相同;农户户主的家庭决策权存在惯性认识偏差;农户家庭与宅基地特征对宅基地退出产生显著的影响;农户宅基地退出政策认知亟需提升。据此提出合理应对各类型农户宅基地退出需求,促进宅基地退出农户就业和社会保障,强化宅基地退出政策宣传与创新等对策建议。

In order to study the influencing factors of homestead exit in multi-national area, farmers in TurksCounty, Xinjiang were surveyed. And farmers had low, medium and more part-time occupations were dividedinto three groups. Logistic regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 20.0 to study the influencing factorsof homestead exit intention of farmers in different groups. The results showed that the actual demand ofdifferent types of farmers was not the same. Family decision-making power of household was not the same withthe traditional researches. Characteristics of family structure and homestead had significant effect on farmers＇ homestead exit intention and policy awareness needed to be improved. According to the results, the authors putforward suggestions including reasonably responding to the exit needs of different types of farmers＇, improvingthe employment and social security of farmers exiting homestead and strengthening publicity and innovation ofhomestead exit policy.
