摘要
为深入研究三自由度双并联液压支架的机构原理和工况稳定性,基于并联拓扑结构理论,论证该液压支架具有x、y、z方向的让压卸载能力;其次,建立大倾角工况力学模型,论证液压支架在大倾角工况下的稳定性;最后,运用Ansys Workbench软件对该液压支架在不同工况条件下进行静力仿真实验。结果表明:三自由度双并联液压支架具有良好的大倾角稳定性和适应性,及较强的抗扭性,各部件满足工作安全性要求。
To further research the structure principle and the operation stability of the degrees of freedom parallel hydraulic support,based on the theory of parallel topological structure,we demonstrate that the hydraulic support has the capacity of yield and pressure relief in x,y,z direction; secondly,by establishing mechanical model of large angle working condition,we demonstrate the stability of hydraulic support under the condition of large dip angle; finally,we carry out static simulation experiments on hydraulic support under different working conditions by using Ansys Workbench software. The results show that the hydraulic support has good stability,adaptability and stronger twisting resistance in large dip angle,and parts meet the requirements of job safety.
