摘要
在上区段工作面回采后,通过有效支护方法将区段运输平巷保留下来,供下区段工作面开采时作回风平巷使用,称为沿空留巷技术。该技术具有有效防控工作面瓦斯超限、合理开发煤炭资源、提高煤炭采出率、减少巷道掘进量等优点。采用柔模泵注混凝土支护技术沿空留巷后,如果柔模墙体接顶不实或局部压裂可能造成的较大的漏风,加之煤层具有较高的自燃倾向性,可能引起采空区遗煤较多区域发生自燃。介绍了上湾煤矿在采用沿空留巷技术中运用以注氮为主、注浆、加强监测为辅的综合防灭火措施,成功地杜绝了回采期间自然发火事故,确保了工作面的安全回采。
After finishing the upper district sublevel face,the district sublevel haulage entry was retained as the lower upper district face tailgate entry by the effective support methods. All above measures were named gob- side entry retaining technique which has the merits of effective control of gas exceeding limits,rational exploitation of coal resources,improving the coal recovery rate and reducing the amount of roadway driving. The gob- side entry retaining was formed using the flexible formwork and pump- concreted support technique. The flexible formwork wall can cause larger air leakage because roof contact was unclosed,or the local area was fractured.Additionally,the coal seam has a higher spontaneous combustion tendency; the more residual coal in gob might appear spontaneous combustion. In this case,the comprehensive fire preventing and extinguishing technique measures including nitrogen injection,grouting and enhancement of monitoring were introduced on Shangwan Coal Mine gob- side entry retaining technique. Finally,the spontaneous combustion accident was completely eradicated successfully. The face was finished safely.
