复杂条件下综放工作面自燃火灾治理技术

Fire Control Technology of Spontaneous Combustion at Fully Mechanized Caving Face Under Complex Conditions

摘要 受天山北麓阜康矿区煤田火烧带的影响,新疆大黄山煤矿+735中大槽综放工作面回采后期,上覆岩层在大范围垮落后与已治理的煤田火区连通,造成上覆的原仓储式采空区遗煤自然发火而波及该工作面。在科学判定自燃火源位置的前提下,有序实施"打钻充填胶体、稠化泥浆隔离阻断、注氮惰化逐段锁风启封、预先阻化上覆仓储式采空区浮煤、低风量供风"等综合技术措施后,使自燃灾害得到安全有效治理,保证了该面安全回采。 Due to the effect of coalfield fire zone in Xinjiang Fukang Coal Mining Area of Northern Piedmont of Tianshan Mountains,in the late mining period of Dahuangshan Coal Mine + 735 middle and large slot fully mechanized caving face,overlying rock connected with the treated coalfield fire zone after the large scale of caving,which leads to residual coal spontaneous combustion in original warehouse goaf and affects working face. On the premise of scientifically determining spontaneous combustion fire location,after the comprehensive technical measures of orderly implementation of " drilling filling colloid,thickening sludge isolation block,injecting nitrogen inerting and unsealed lock wind piece by piece,pre- inhibiting float coal in overlying warehouse goaf and low volume air supply",spontaneous combustion disasters are controlled safely and effectively,which ensures the safety mining.
