摘要
根据定向钻机的工作环境和使用要求,介绍了钻机泵站的设计原理,分析了坑道钻机常用的旁置式和下置式2种类型的结构,对比了2种布置方式的优缺点;阐述了泵站的设计过程,并通过现场应用表明设计有效提高了泵站的可靠性和使用周期,维护费用大大降低。
According to the working environment and requirement for directional drilling rig,we design principle for drilling rig pump station,two kinds of structures for common- used side type and underlying type were analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of the above two kinds were compared. The designing process of pump station was expounded,it is validated that the pump station has good reliability and long using cycle,and maintenance cost is reduced greatly.
