采场矿压机械模拟试验系统优化

摘要 采场矿压机械模拟试验系统是研究采场矿压分布变化规律与上覆岩层运动之间关系的试验设备。在分析机械模拟试验台结构性不足的基础上,通过优化模拟基本顶铁块和胶块组合体厚度,使该系统能够模拟不同厚度的基本顶岩层,以适应不同基本顶采场的实际赋存条件。通过在双铰接合页处增设压力传感器与应变片,得到破断岩块咬合点处的水平挤压力与摩擦剪力,为分析采场基本顶破断岩块的铰接平衡与回转失稳提供试验支持。 The rock pressure mechanical simulation experiment system for mining area is the test equipment to study the relationship between abutment pressure change laws and overlying strata movement. Based on the analysis of structural weaknesses of the mechanical simulation experiment,by optimizing the thickness of the main roof simulation combination solid which is made by iron block and rubber block,we make sure that the system can simulate different thickness of the main roof to fit the actual occurrence conditions. By adding the pressure sensor and the strain in two hinged hinge,we can get the extrusion pressure and the friction shear force in broken rock bite point,which can provide data support for the analysis of the articulated balance and rotary instability of the main roof breaking rock.
