东北区域电力行业远期能源资源战略分析

Long Term Energy Resources Strategic Analysis of Northeast Electric Power Industry

针对东北区域已逐渐由能源资源富余地区转变为能源资源基本平衡地区,一次能源输入量逐年上升,东北区域将面临能源供应紧张和能源安全问题,结合东北区域能源资源、交通及周边地区情况,进行能源平衡分析,指出远期东北区域能源不能自平衡,须外购能源。提出东北区域远景年能源发展战略、能源基地建设、电力流向和格局,黑龙江省要充分开发褐煤资源,吉林省大力发展风电、水电等绿色能源,辽宁省适当发展热电联产机组,蒙东地区加大煤电基地开发建设力度。

The energy resources has gradually changed from margin to basic balance in the northeast region,primary energy input volume increased year by year and this region will face energy supply and security issues.Combined with the northeast regional energy resources,traffic and surrounding areas condition,being energy balance analysis,pointed out that the long-term northeast regional energy can not self balance,must purchased.Put forward energy development strategy,energy base construction,power flow and pattern in the northeast region of China.Fully exploit lignite resources in Heilongjiang Province,vigorously develop the wind power,hydropower and other green energy in Jilin Province,proper develop of cogeneration unit in Liaoning Province,and increase the development and construction of coal power base in East Mongolia.
