高瓦斯工作面地质构造异常区超前预注浆加固研究 被引量:5

Advanced Pre-grouting Reinforcement for Geological Abnormal Zone at High Gassy Working Face

摘要 为了解决F_(j145)断层对回采的影响,采用地质力学测试分析了地质异常区的应力状态,采用数值软件FLAC^(3D)初步分析了断层的成因、应力演化规律及影响范围。决定采用深孔高压注浆进行处理,注浆压力25 MPa,开发了水泥改性液,水泥浆和煤体黏结强度达到1.2 MPa。通过改进注浆钻孔方式,解决了瓦斯、浆液凝固慢、糊孔、转进速度慢等问题,并采用地质雷达检验了注浆效果。结果表明:通过超前深孔预注浆,断层影响区恢复完整,保证了工作面正常生产。 In order to solve the influence of F_(j145) fault on mining. The ground stress state of geological abnormal zone was analyzed by ground stress test,and the formation reasons of normal fault,stress evolution laws and influence scope were analyzed by software FLAC^(3D),and then the high pressure grouting was used for advanced deep hole reinforcement,the grouting pressure was 25 MPa. Modified cement liquid was developed,and the improved cohesion was 1.2 MPa between cement grouting and coal; the drilling speed and drilling hole paste were solved by improved drilling way. The grouting result was monitored by geological radar,the results show that the broken fault zone was renewed,and the grouting result was good.
