摘要
采用调查问卷,通过线上和线下2种模式对目前我国煤矿高温热害防治需求进行了调查。结果表明:高温热害防治需求矿井多为年产量100~500万t之间、采深在800 m以下、采掘工作面最高温度不低于30℃的国有重点煤矿;重点分布在河南、山东、安徽、江苏等省;高温矿井采取的机械降温系统主要有局部移动式降温系统、地面集中降温系统、井下集中降温系统、制冰降温系统;矿井高温热害防治主要存在缺乏资金、降温效果不理想、能耗高、系统安装复杂和系统稳定性差5个方面的问题。在煤炭工业的严峻形势下,矿井高温热害防治应避免急功近利,在宏观、微观上都要摆正安全与生产的关系,形成我们国家自己的方法和理论、技术装备体系,加强推广新技术、新工艺,推陈出新,走出自己的风格。
The paper adopts questionnaire method to investigate the high temperature and heat hazard prevention and control demand in China through online and offline modes. The result shows that the mines that require high temperature and heat hazard prevention and control demand are usually key state- owned coal mines with 1 ~ 5 million tons of annual output,800 meters of mining depth following,and mining working face highest temperature over 30 ℃. Most mines locate at Henan,Shandong,Anhui,Jiangsu and other provinces in China. The mechanical cooling system employed by mines includes partial mobile cooling system,ground centralized cooling system,and underground centralized cooling system,and ice- making cooling system. The existing problems are mainly deficient fund,incomplete cooling effect,high energy consumption,complex system installation and instability of the system. Under the severe situation of coal industry,the coal mine high temperature and heat hazard prevention and control should avoid seeking quick success and instant benefits,to balance the relationship between safety and production on both macro and micro aspects,to form China's own method,theory,technical equipment system,and to promote the development of new technology and new processes,to produce a style of ourselves.
