摘要
为解决某矿跨采特殊巷道安全支护,以2114工作面跨采区总风平巷开采为背景,利用岩石力学试验分析出岩层内黏土岩和泥质胶结的砂岩岩性为强流变膨胀性;依据力学的理论知识,导出矿井采场采动后的影响深度为23.6 m;根据巷内围岩的破坏规律及特征,提出了适用此类条件下跨采巷道的围岩控制技术。并依据工业性试验验证了此方法能够保证巷道安全,取得了良好的支护效果。
In order to solve the safety support in special cross mining tunnel,taking 2114 working face in mining area total wind drift mining as the background,we use rock mechanics test to analyze and obtain that the lithology of clay rocks and mud cementation sandstone is strong rheological swelling; according to the knowledge of mechanical theory,we derive that mine mining depth is 23. 6 m;failure laws and characteristics of roadway surrounding rock are analyzed and proposed for such cross mining roadway surrounding rock control technology. According to the industrial test,the method can ensure the safety of the tunnel,and achieve good results.
