煤矿应急管理能力定权方法研究

Study on Weight Determination Method of Mine Emergency Management Capacity

针对煤矿应急管理能力评价中传统指标定权法主观随意性强、评价值准确性差的问题,提出一种煤矿应急管理能力评价指标定权方法,将专家模糊评价区间叠加形成的统计分布均值、置信区间左右端值分别作为三角模糊数中最可能值、下限值和上限值,近而确定出各指标权重。

Aiming at the problems that traditional index weighting method has strong subjective random and poor accuracy of evaluation value in coal mine emergency management capability assessment,a method for determining index weights of coal mine emergency management capacity is proposed. The method makes fuzzy evaluation interval from experts,which are statistical distribution mean,right and left with the end value of confidence interval,as possible value,lower limit value,upper limit value. Then it is applied to the calculating weights of coal mine emergency management capability.
