"钱学森之问"引发了高校人才培养模式的改革高潮,北大清华等名校开展了科学拔尖人才培养计划,普通高校也纷纷探索新型的人才培养方式。南京审计学院以书院制改革为核心的"双院制多元立交式"实践育人模式就是其中之一。这种模式以通识教育和导师制为核心,通过双院联动,社区自治,提升学生的环境适应能力、社会参与能力、道德实践能力、文化艺术修养等综合就业能力,培养学生的完整人格,为学生的终身幸福打下基础。

＂Qian Xuesen ＇s question ＂ triggered mode reform of personnel training,Peking University,Qinghua University and other universities are carrying out the training plan of scientific top-notch talents,and ordinary colleges and universities also explore a new way of cultivating talents. That Nanjing Audit University takes college system reform is the core of the ＂double college system multiple overpass type ＂ education practice. This model takes a general education and tutorial system as the core,through a double institute linkage,community autonomy,to improve students＇ ability,the social participation ability,moral practice ability,culture and art training,comprehensive employment ability. The mode can cultivate a complete personality of students,to lay the foundation for the lifelong well-being of students.
