为培养应用型高素质人才,实践教学环节至关重要。本文从学校实际出发,在制定人才培养方案、创新实践教学体系、改进实验内容、方法和手段,强化实验管理与考评机制等方面,大胆探索,积极工作,使大学生的实践能力和创新能力明显提升,不但促进了本校教学质量的不断升级,而且为同类高校开展实践教学提供经验与借鉴。

To cultivate high quality talents,practical teaching is very important. This article embarks from the school reality to explore personnel training programs,innovative practice teaching system,improvement of the experimental content,methods and means,and strengthening the experimental management. We carried out bold exploration and effective work such that university students ＇ practical ability and innovation ability have been raised remarkably. The teaching quality of the school has been promoted,and experience can provide as reference for the same kind of colleges and universities in the development of practical teaching.
