摘要 德国应用科学大学的工程技术应用型人才的培养模式获得了德国教育界与企业界的赞许,他们在人才培养方式、实验课程体系的设置、教学实践的活动过程等方面的经验,都值得我们在实验课程建设中加以借鉴。汽车诊断技术实验课程是同济大学中德工程学院汽车服务工程专业的重要的专业实验课程,它的建设包含了实验课程师资建设、实验项目开发、具体实验教学实施与学生的实验评估各个环节,这些环节的建设全面借鉴和移植了德国应用科技大学的工程教学模式和经验。其面向应用、面向实际及强调创新意识和团队合作意识的教学模式使学生从实验教学中获得了全面的工程师素养的培养。 Applied talents training mode of German universities of applied sciences and technology is praised by higher education and the business world. The mode of talent training,the experimental course system setting,teaching practice activities,are all worth for us to consult in the construction of experimental course. The experimental course of Vehicle Diagnostic Technology is an important professional experimental course of automobile service engineering in Sino-German College Applied Sciences of Tong Ji University. The construction of this experimental course contains teacher team construction,the experimental project development,the experimental teaching implementation and the evaluation system for the course. The teaching mode and experience of German university of applied science and technology are referenced in the construction of this experimental course. Its teaching mode is application-oriented and practical-oriented. It emphasizes innovation consciousness and team working consciousness. The teaching mode makes the students obtain comprehensive engineer training.
