建设农林实践基地 培养草业科学复合型人才

Establishment of Agriculture and Forestry Practice Base and Training Interdisciplinary Talents in Grassland Science

农林实践基地是实践教学的重要场所,是高校学科发展和人才建设与培养的基地,本文通过分析农林实践基地在草业科学专业人才培养方面的作用和现状,提出通过提高思想认识、进行综合规划、打造产学研特色、建立综合管理体系等措施,加强农林实践基地的建设,以提高学生的创新能力,培养草业科学复合型人才。

Agriculture and forestry practice base is important for practice teaching,and it is also the base for discipline development and talent training. In this study,we analyzed the functions and current status of agriculture and forestry practice base in talent training. We suggested that the construction of the base should be focused on the aspects of cognition improvement, comprehensive planning, university-industry cooperation, establishment of integrated management system,and construction reinforcement. These measures can improve students ＇ creativity and to train interdisciplinary talents in grassland science.
