Experimental teaching is an important link in the process of cultivating talents,and to a large extent,the good experimental teaching effect depends on the efficient management model of laboratory. After years of exploration and practice,the biochemical laboratory has constructed a diverse management model based on cultivating practice and creative talents,which includes regional management,open management and green management. This model provides a protective platform for cultivation of talents,which increases practice opportunites,stimulates learning interest and cultivates innovation consciousness.
