摘要 为了满足《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则(ISO/IEC 17025:2005)》中编制实验室设备溯源计划的要求,规范实验室溯源计划编制工作,加强实验室管理,本文从实验室溯源计划编制的范围、基本要求方面对溯源计划编制方法进行探讨;进一步提出对溯源计划实施闭环管理的新思路。综合应用Office软件功能实现闭环管理,实施简便易推广。通过规范性计划编制和闭环管理,为实验室管理人员提供了设备管理统计分析的基础数据,增强了实验室设备管理有效性,大幅度降低了溯源计划滚动编制的难度和工作量,在实际工作中取得了良好的应用效果。 In order to meet the request of "Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories",traceability plan making is necessary. In order to standardize the work of traceability plan making and laboratory equipment management,this paper discusses the scope and requirement of laboratory equipment traceability plan making. Besides,a new method,which is the close-loop management of traceability plan implement,is proposed.In the paper,the comprehensive application of software Office makes the laboratory close-loop management easier. In the way of standardized plan making and the close-loop management,the statistic data of can be collected for equipment management,the effectiveness of laboratory equipment management can be promoted,and the work of traceability rolling plan making can be enlightened. This method gains good application effect in laboratory management.
