摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,科学化管理渐渐被不少企业重视。企业在进行产品定价时,也越来越关注顾客的感受。基于简单的线性模型,通过分析一家垄断企业在提供服务性产品决策时价格受顾客满意度的影响程度,研究企业在不同情况下的定价策略问题。研究结果表明抓住顾客、提高顾客的满意度对服务产品的销售至关重要。最后通过数值分析研究了一些参数对产品定价的影响程度。
With the rapid development of China, the scientific management was gradually taken seriously by many companies. Enterprises pay more attention on the customer's feelings for product pricing problem. Based on the simple linear model,the influence of customer satisfaction on pricing strategy decision for a monopoly enterprise is analyzed. Then, this paper investigates the pricing strategy problem under different conditions. The results show that increasing customer satisfaction is very important for service product selling. Lastly, numerical analysis illustrates the influences of some parameters on the product price strategy.
