摘要
加氢站是燃料电池汽车网络的重要环节,为顺应气态高压加注和液态低温储存的技术发展趋势,以及缓解城区建站用地难的矛盾,建议国家标准《加氢站技术规范》引入定量风险评估方法。针对不同的风险控制对象、事故类型和泄漏尺度,全面评估了气、液态两类站的安全距离,并提出合理化建议,研究结果可作为今后的项目建设或规范修编参考。
The hydrogen fueling station is an important part of the network for fuel cell vehicles. To meet the technology development of gaseous high-pressure injection and liquid low-temperature storage, and to lower the difficulty of station construction in urban areas, the author suggests that the state standard "Technical Ccode for Hydrogen Fuelling Station" should introduce quantitative risk assessment(QRA) method. This article makes a comprehensive evaluation of the safe distance for the gaseous and liquid stations. It also puts forward some useful suggestions. The results can be used as a reference for project construction or code modification in future.
