摘要
介绍了PCM的工作原理,然后针对城镇燃气钢质管道检测(ECDA)准备工作、检测过程中应该注意的问题、后期数据处理及等级划分,结合上海金山天燃气有限公司的现场应用,提出一些要求,便于提高PCM测绘系统的检测效率和检测精度,从而实现管道防腐层检测的完整性。
This paper introduces working principle of PCM. It then goes on explaining preparation of the inspection of the steel pipeline, problems that need to be paid attention to during the inspection process as well as the data processing and ranking during the last stages, combined with the field application of Shanghai Jinshan Gas Co.,Ltd. As a result, it＇s feasible to complete the integrity of anticorrosive coating inspection.
