摘要
教师的课程资源意识在课程资源开发利用、课程目标实现中有着先导的作用。但是,目前的农村幼儿园教师对课程资源的内涵、外延认识片面,课程资源的开发利用意识不足,缺乏课程资源生成意识。农村幼儿园教师要不断加强自我学习和实践反思,幼儿园要加强集体学习和对话交流,教育行政部门要为教师提供多种培训的渠道和机会,专家、学者及高校专业人员要加强专业支持和引导,从而不断提高农村幼儿教师课程资源意识。
Teacher'consciousness of curriculum resources takes the guiding role when exploit curriculum resources and realize the curriculum goals. But nowadays the teachers in rural kindergartens have only partial knowledge about the connotation and extension of curriculum resources,lacking consciousness of developing and exploiting the curriculum resources,and generating the curriculum resources. So rural kindergarten teachers should strengthen their own study and reflect their practices; the kindergartens should strengthen the collective study and mutual communication; educational administrative department should provide various opportunities for teachers 'training; and professors,scholars and professional workers in universities should strengthen their professional support and guidance. Through these channels and methods,the rural kindergarten teachers' consciousness of curriculum resources may be continually improved.
