摘要
高校创新创业人才"多元协同"培养既包含学校与外部的协同培养,也包含学校内部的协同培养,是外部协同培养和内部协同培养的统一。外部协同培养是指通过突破政府、学校、行业、企业等不同社会主体间的壁垒,形成一个相互作用、相互配合的网络系统,以达成人才培养的协同效应。学校内部协同培养是指学校内部与创新创业人才培养相关的不同要素与不同部门的共同协作、相互补充、配合协作,以实现资源优化配置、行动最优同步。为实现高校创新创业人才"多元协同"培养机制的有效运行还需要相关制度的完善和实践创新。
The Innovative Talents of "multiple collaborative training" in university which includes not only the school and external collaborative culture, hut also includes cooperative training within the school, is the unity of cooperative training. External cooperative training refers to the breakthrough of government, schools, enterprises and other industries, the barriers between different social subjects, which is the formation of a the interaction of network system. With each other, achieve the synergy of talents training. School internal collaborative culture refers to cooperate with different departments, different factors related to the cultivation of innovative talents within the school and complement, to achieve the optimal allocation of resources and the optimal synchronization action. Innovative talents " multiple collaborative training" mechanism for effective operation also need to improve the relevant system innovation and practice.
