省域一流大学建设人才培养问题与审思——以广东17所高校为例

Problems in and Proposals for Provincial First-Class Universities Education:Based on Seventeen Universities in Guangdong

运用统计分析和比较法进行研究发现,我国省域一流大学人才培养存在一些问题,主要表现在招生考试制度不够合理,规模大,层次低、科类结构与产业需求不匹配、培养模式有待更新、学生国际化水平较低和评价体系滞后等方面。借鉴国际一流大学人才培养特征和经验,要推动省域一流大学建设,需要改革招生考试制度、优化人才培养层次和科类结构、改革人才培养模式、推进人才培养国际化、构建完备的评价体系等。

Based on statistics and a comparative research, this paper finds that there are some problems in the provincial first-class universities education, namely, the entrance examination system is not reasonable, the student population is large and development level is low, the disciplinary structure does not match the industry needs, the education model needs to be updated, internationalization in students low and the evaluation system backward. Comparing the surveyed universities with world-class one, we find that it is important to promote provincial first-class universities construction, to reform the entrance examination system, to optimize personnel training and discipline structure, to reform talents training model, to enhance student internationalization, and to build a comprehensive evaluation system.
