益阳高新技术产业开发区土地集约利用评价研究

自1984年创建以来,开发区已成为地区经济发展的重要领域,在取得巨大成就的同时,也存在土地集约利用程度不高现象,在一定程度上造成了土地资源浪费.本文以益阳高新技术产业开发区为例,在划定其发展方向区的基础上,从土地利用状况、用地效益、管理绩效三个方面入手,构建益阳高新技术产业开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用多指标综合法对其主区和发展方向区土地集约利用状况进行评价,在此基础上提出了促进益阳高新技术产业开发区土地集约利用的建议.表2,参3.

Since its inception in 1984,Development Zone has become an important area of regional economic development. The degree of land intensive Utilization is not high,while achirving greal success,Therefore it leadsto the waste of land resources. This paper takes Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone in Yiyang city as an example. On the basis of designating the development direction and from the perspectives of the land use status,land use efficiency and management performance,this research determines to construct evaluation index system of land intensive utilization in hi-tech Industrial Development Zone in Yiyang City as well as to evaluate the land intensive use in the main area and the development direction of the district by multi index,Furthermore,the paper puts forward suggestions to promote the intensive use of land in hi-tech Industrial Development Zone in Yiyang City. 2tabs.,3refs.
