摘要
全人教育以"人的完整发展"为核心教育理念,关注人的生命和价值,是一种全新的教育范式和原则,对于中国当代教育具有理论和实践意义。全人教育理念实施的核心是教师,而对已有全人教育教师共同特点的分析,可以为更多青睐全人教育的教师提供行动参考。本文通过扎根理论的研究方法,对中国三位小学全人教育教师的访谈进行了分析,得出并检验了他们成为全人教育教师的家族相似性。
Holistic Education takes whole-person development as its core idea,concerning with human life and values. That's a brand new educational paradigm and principle,which have a theoretic and practical significance for contemporary education. Based on the grounded theory,this essay analyses the data from the interviews with the three educators of Holistic Education in primary schools,concluding and testing the family resemblance of those teachers.
