上海市高中体育专项化改革中的问题与对策

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Specialized PE Teaching Reform in Shanghai High School

上海市高中体育专项化教学改革的推广工作已然开始。改革中,试点学校取得了一定成绩,但仍存在学生兴趣不能充分满足,改革措施缺乏可持续性等问题。各试点学校竭尽全力壮大自身实力,却仍不能应对学生多样化的学习需求。究其原因,学校系统内的教学资源在校际的共享被限制,校外教学资源未被充分利用,学生群体的流动性特征被忽视。通过邻近试点学校间的合作、试点学校与邻近校外机构的合作,可以极大地增强各试点学校应对学生多样化学习兴趣的缓冲能力,推动专项化改革的有序前行。

The promotion work of Shanghai high school specialized PE teaching reform has already started. However,the Pilot schools in reform are fiercely independent. Although the pilot schools do their best to develop themselves,they still can＇t deal with students＇ diverse learning needs. Through the cooperation of the adjacent pilot schools,or pilot schools cooperate with neighboring off-campus institutions,not only can greatly enhance their capacity to meet the diverse needs of students,but also can promote the orderly conduct of the reform.The essence of cooperation is that they can share teachers and facilities with each other,and achieve the flow of students.
