摘要 全科型小学教师的培养走过了一个曲折的历程,立足基础教育新课程改革,全科型小学教师培养存在着专业化进程有待强化、课程设置有待重构、教学技能亟须提升等问题。基于新课程理念解决上述问题的基本思路是高素质培养全科型小学教师队伍,合理构建培养全科型小学教师的课程体系,改革课堂教学方式,强化实践能力培养,注重培育全科型小学教师的研究能力。 The training of General-Subject primary school teachers has gone through a tortuous course. Therefore,it is necessary to review the training course under new curriculum background. It is found that the specialization process needs to be strengthened,the curriculum setting needs to be reconstructed,the teaching skills needs to be improved,etc. Then based on new curriculum ideas,some constructive suggestions were proposed: such as developing a group of high-quality elementary school teaching staff,establishing a rational curriculum system,reforming traditional teaching methods,strengthening the cultivation of practical and research ability.
