理事会体制下“厂中校”人才培养的探究与实践——以广西职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Practice on the“School in Factory”Talents Training under the Council System——An Example of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College

高职教育人才培养模式的改革是为应对人才市场的激烈竞争和人才需求的不断变化,在理事会体制下校企共建"厂中校"是高职教育深化产教融合的重要途径,是职业教育教学改革的重要举措,是技术技能型人才培养的创新平台。文章以国家示范性骨干高职院校广西职业技术学院为载体,详述学院在理事会体制下"厂中校"人才培养的探究和实践。实践证明,该体制下的"厂中校"人才培养模式对高职院校具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。

Reform of higher vocational training mode was to respond to the changing of job market competition and talents demand.To build a＂school in factory＂under the council system was an important way to deepen the integration of production and education for higher vocational education,was an important measure of vocational education reform and an innovative platform for technical- skilled talentstraining.The article takes the national backbone mode vocational colleges-Guangxi Vocational and Technical College as the carrier,detailing the exploration and practice on the＂school in factory＂talents training under the council system.Practice has proved that＂school in factory＂talents training mode under this system had a certain value of reference for vocational colleges.
