“三明治”教学模式下酒店管理专业“旺出淡归”实践教学体系探究

Slack Season Alternation Based on the“Sandwich”Teaching Mode——A Case of Hotel Management Specialty

根据"三明治"教学的特点,结合酒店业的淡旺季规律,构建基于"三明治"教学模式下的"旺出淡归"教学体系,对提高酒店管理专业的教学质量和教学效果意义重大。为此,有必要对现行的实践教学体系进行改革,包括对教学周期、教学模式、教学内容、考核办法等各个环节进行重构,要建立合作酒店实习基地群,实行"双导师制"的学生管理方式,并加强学生的人文素质与职业素养教育。

The＂Sandwich＂teaching is a kind of working –learning alternation teaching mode.Based on the theory of＂sandwich＂teaching and＂working in busy season and learning in slack season alternation ＂,practice teaching system is constructed combining with the slack and busy seasons in the terms of the hotel market.The teaching cycle,teaching mode,teaching content,exam methods,etc.are reconstructed and the innovative application of the teaching mode of hotel management is realized in the process of practice teaching.
