摘要
对任务型教学模式的过程改进是运用质量管理思想对任务型教学进行持续的评价、控制和改进,目的是提高教学过程的科学性和有效性,增强学生的自主学习能力,进而提高教学质量和人才培养水平。开展有效的过程改进需要创建学生、教师和高校管理者、社会等多层面参与的质量监控体系,教师对教学过程进行经常性的评估和监控,学生对任务各过程中发生的问题进行及时反馈和修正。
Process improvement in task-based teaching is to implement ongoing assessment,control and improvement on taskbased teaching activities driven by principles of total quality management,in an attempt to have a more rigor and effective teaching process,enhanced self-regulated learning capabilities of college students,better teaching quality and higher-level talents.Implementation of effective process-based improvement requires that,aquality control system with multiple players' involvement of college students,teachers,administrators and the society be established,teachers make frequent assessments on the tasks to monitor the progress,students feedback the difficulties they experience in conducting the tasks and learn to solve the process problems.
