在数字媒体技术课程教学中调适贫困生就业心理和竞争力的实验分析

摘要 以教育技术专业的必修课"数字媒体技术"为平台,进行为期一年的调试贫困生就业心理和竞争力的实验,通过调整课程设计、增加实操环节、邀请企业专家讲学、安排实习等措施,辅以就业理念和视野开拓教育、专业技术指导,在课程中引入实践,在实践中进行研究,促进贫困生就业工作。经过一年的干预实验,结合问卷调查及访谈,通过数据分析,得出以下结论:第一,干预实验对学生就业心理具有改善效果;第二,专业课程的学习与实践对学生有重要影响;第三,干预措施有助于提高学生专业认同感。 This research based on an experiment which last for one year,through a compulsory course of education technology major"Multimedia Technology"while integrated some parts of practice module.The experiment intended to improve povertystricken students' competitiveness and mentation,which containing revising course design,adding practical parts,inviting enterprise experts to deliver speeches,assigning practice,also with career vision expanding and employment concept teaching,in order to improve poverty-stricken students' employment.After a year of experiment,then analyzed the result of questionnaire survey,we can generate the following conclusions:Primarily,this experiment had positive effects on students' mentation;Secondly,practice and professional course influenced students considerably;At last,the measures helped to enhance students' major identities.
