基于平衡计分卡的应用型本科高校教学管理绩效考核研究

The Construction of the Performance Evaluation Index System for Teaching Management in the Application-oriented University

应用型本科高校作为一种新兴的高校,它的教学管理有着自身的特点,表现为运行的协调性和过程的动态性。其教学管理绩效考核指标体系的建立和实施评价,对提升学校的教学管理水平,以及加强和完善学校的教学管理起着非常重要的作用。本文通过引入平衡计分卡的概念,对应用型本科高校教学管理绩效考核指标体系进行重新构建。

Applied university as a new-type university,its teaching management has its own characteristics,it is characterized by the harmony of performance and the dynamic of process.Establishment and implement evaluation of performance evaluation index system of teaching management in the universities,which plays a very importance role in enhancing the level of teaching management,as well as in strengthening and improving the universities＇ teaching management.Through introducing the concept of the balanced scorecard,this paper will rebuilt the performance evaluation index system for the teaching management of the application-oriented universities.
