综合护理干预对腹腔镜下输卵管结扎术妇女心理状态及疼痛状况的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state and pain status of women with laparoscopic tubal ligation

[目的]探讨综合护理干预对腹腔镜下输卵管结扎术妇女心理状态及疼痛状况的影响。[方法]将110例行腹腔镜下结扎术妇女采用随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(60例)。对照组于围术期给予常规护理干预,观察组于围术期给予综合护理干预。对比两种护理干预模式下病人的心理状态和疼痛状况。[结果]两组护理干预前焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.974),护理干预后SAS评分均显著减少(P均=0.000),且观察组减少幅度较对照组更加显著(P=0.000);两组术后即刻视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.374),术后4 h、术后12 h、术后24 h观察组VAS评分均较对照组显著减少(P均=0.000);观察组护理满意度(96.00%)较对照组(81.67%)显著升高(P=0.043)。[结论]对腹腔镜输卵管结扎术妇女围术期实施综合护理干预可以明显改善心理状态,减轻术后疼痛程度。

Objective： To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state and pain status of women with laparoscopic tubal ligation. Methods： A total of 110 cases of women with laparoscopic tubal ligation treated in our hospital were divided into observation group（ 50 cases） and control group（ 60 cases） according to the random digital table method. The patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period. The psychological state and pain status of patients were compared between both groups. Results： There was no statistically significant difference in SAS scores before nursing intervention between the two groups（ P = 0. 974）,which after nursing intervention were significantly decreased（ both Ps = 0. 000）,and the SAS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P = 0. 000）. There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at immediate time after surgery（ P = 0. 374）,and the VAS scores at the 4th hour,12 th hour and 24 th hour after surgery were significantly decreased compared with that in control group（ all Ps = 0. 000）. The nursing satisfaction in observation group（ 96. 00%） was significantly higher than that in control group（ 81. 67%）（ P = 0. 043）. Conclusion： The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for women with laparoscopic tubal ligation in the perioperative period can obviously improve the psychological state,reduce the postoperative pain degree.
