阶梯式控盐法对维持性血液透析患者低盐饮食的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察阶梯式控盐法对维持性血液透析患者低盐饮食的影响。方法选取本院维持性血液透析患者50例,应用计算机随机数字表法分成两组,观察组和对照组各25例。对照组采用传统的发放宣传资料及口头宣教进行低盐饮食健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上采用阶梯式控盐法实施低盐饮食的管理干预。结果有3例病例脱落,实际完成47例,观察组24例、对照组23例。3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月时两组患者的盐摄入量均有所下降,但观察组优于对照组,12个月时患者盐摄入量对照组(5.09±0.49)g/d、观察组(3.19±0.55)g/d,连续干预后各时间段患者盐摄入量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阶梯式控盐法能为维持性血液透析患者低盐饮食提供一种简便而行之有效的方法。 Objective To observe the effect of stepwise salt control on low salt diet for patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Method Choose 50 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in this hospital and divide them in observation group and control group equally by computer random number table.Patients in control group receive health education on low salt diet by written and oral education.Patients in observation group receive health education on low salt diet by stepwise salt control based on routine education in control group.Result 47 cases are completed(24cases in observation group and23 cases in control group).Salt intake of two groups are all reduced in the 3rd,6th,9th and 12 th month,which is better in observation group than in control group.Salt intake is(5.09±0.49)g/d in observation group and(3.19±0.55)g/d in control group in the 12 th month.There is significant difference on salt intake between two groups at different stages after continuous intervention(P〈0.01).Conclusion stepwise salt control is a convenient and effective method on low salt diet for patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
