大连港港口设施数字化管理平台建设与应用研究

Construction and application of Digital Infrastructure Management Platform of Dalian Port

港口设施是港口发展中最重要的基础性战略资源,为港口正常经营、安全生产、科学发展提供着重要保障。文章阐述了大连港港口设施数字化管理平台的建设目标和"一个平台、八个系统"总体架构,并从信息技术和设施维护专业两个层面介绍了平台的数据库和功能模块设计。通过对大连港港口设施管理工作中的业务流程梳理和系统开发,实现了设施管理的数字化和信息化。

Port infrastructure is the most important basic strategic resource of the port development. It is an im-portant guarantee for the normal port operation, safety production and scientific management. In this paper, the con-struction goal of Digital Infrastructure Management Platform of Dalian Port and an architecture called＂one platform,eight systems＂were proposed, and the design of database and function modules were introduced from informationtechnology and infrastructure maintenance aspects. By analyzing the business processes and the system develop-ment, the digitization and informatization of infrastructure management was realized, and a good application effectwas achieved. Eventually, Digital Infrastructure Management Platform of Dalian Port provides a guarantee on thenormal production and the safer and more efficient development of Dalian Port.
