河南省城乡居民收入分配差距的成因与对策分析

Analysis on the Cause and Countermeasure of Income Distribution Gap Between Urban and Rural Residents in Henan Province

通过人均可支配收入、人均消费支出、基尼系数、恩格尔系数等指标对河南省城乡居民收入差距进行测度,得出河南省城乡居民的收入差距扩大趋势有所扭转、人均消费支出差距有所缩小、基尼系数仍然偏高、家庭恩格尔系数趋于接近等分析结论。针对河南省城乡居民收入分配差距的影响因素,提出发展经济、优化产业结构、加大对三农投入、规范收入分配秩序的对策。

The income gap between urban and rural residents in Henan province can be measured by the index of per capita disposable income,per capita consumption,Gini coefficient,Engel coefficient,and we can conclude that,in Henan province,the income gap between urban and rural residents has been reversed,the per capita consumption gap between urban and rural residents has been reduced,the Gini coefficient is still high,the family Engel coefficient of urban and rural residents tends to be closed,and so on. The reason for these conditions are urban and rural dual structure,system and mechanism,the wage income of the farmers,policies to strengthen agriculture and benefit farmers,statistical methods. Finally we put forward the corresponding countermeasures,which are the development of economy,optimizing the industrial structure,increasing the investment in agriculture,and standardizing the order of income distribution.
