摘要
病毒病是辣椒的主要病害之一,严重影响辣椒果实产量和品质。通过对采自北京海淀、昌平和顺义3个地点的45份辣椒叶(果)样品进行双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附反应(DAS-ELISA)分析,发现这3个地区病毒病的主要病原为BBWV-1,2和CMV,检出率分别为64.4%和60%。其中露地病毒病的主要病原为CMV和BBWV-1,2,检出率均为90.5%;保护地病毒病的主要病原为PMMoV、ToMV和TMV,检出率分别为62.5%、54.2%和54.2%。
Virus is one of the main diseases in hot pepper, and seriously affects the yield and quality in pepper production. Forty-five pepper leaf(fruit) samples collected from Haidian, Changping and Shunyi of Beijing were analyzed by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(DAS-ELISA). The results showed that the main pathogens of virus were BBWV- 1, 2, and CMV in the three areas, and the detection rates were 64.4% and 60%, respectively. The main pathogens of virus in open field were CMV and BBWV- 1, 2, and the detection rate both was 90.5%. In addition, the main pathogens of virus disease in protected area were PMMoV, ToMV and TMV, and the detection rates were 62.5%, 54 % and 54.2%, respectively.
