自拟中药免疫促进剂对SD大鼠白细胞及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察自拟中药免疫促进剂对SD大鼠白细胞、血清生化指标的影响。方法:将黄芪、板蓝根、炒白术、茯苓、陈皮、山楂、甘草、山药等中药材按一定的比例混合后经水煮,醇沉后浓缩,每毫升药液相当于1g生药。取60只24日龄雄性SD大鼠,随机分为4组,分别为对照组、1.5m L/kg组、3.0m L/kg和6.0m L/kg,对照组正常饮水,其余试验组每天定时称重,并按1.5m L/kg、3.0m L/kg和6.0m L/kg体重折算剂量后定时灌胃,于灌胃后第10d、30d和60d通过心脏采血后,经血细胞分析仪及全自动生化分析仪,测定各种白细胞数量及血清生化指标。结果:结果表明,1.5m L/kg组可使血液中淋巴细胞数增加或显著增加,6.0m L/kg组可使白细胞总数及中性粒细胞数极显著减少,其余各种白细胞数变化不显著。至灌胃60d时,血清中UA、ALT、ALP和LDH含量极显著减少(P<0.01),6.0m L/kg组TC含量极显著减少,其余生化指标在不同时间变化不显著。结论:自拟中药免疫促进剂可部分提高SD大鼠淋巴细胞数量,降低血清中UA、ALT、ALP和LDH含量,以1.5m L/kg剂量组最适。 Objective: To observe the effect of self- designing traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) immune promoter on white blood cells and serum biochemical indicators of SD rat. Methods: After mixing with Radix Astragali,Isantis Indigotica Fort,Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz,Poria,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Hawthorn,G lycyrrhiza Radix,and Yamaccording to certain proportion,boiled,alcohol sink and enrichment,per milliliter liquids are equivalent to 1g crude drugs. 60 male SD rats of 24 days,are randomly divided into 4 groups,control group,1. 5m L/kg group,3. 0m L/kg group and 6. 0m L/kg group respectively,normal drinking water in control group,timing weight of the rest of test groups in every day,after conversion according to 1. 5m L/kg,3. 0m L/kg and 6. 0m L/kg body weight,and perfuse medicament,collected blood by heart in 10 d,30d and 60 d after perfuse medicament,determinating various white blood cell number and serum biochemical indicators by using bloodcell analyzer and fully automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: The results showed that the 1. 5m L/kg group could increase or increase significantly the number of lymphocytes,6. 0m L/kg group could make total number of white blood cells and neutrophils significantly reduced,the rest of white blood cell number changes was not significant. In 60 d after perfuse medicament,levels of serum UA,ALT,ALP and LDH significantly reduced( P〈0. 01),TC level significantly reduced in 60 m L/kg group,the rest of biochemical indicators no significant change in different time. Conclusion: Self- designing traditional Chinese medicine immune promoter could increase partly lymphocyte number of SD rat,reduce levels of serum UA,ALT,ALP and LDH,optimal at 1. 5 m L/kg dose group.
