摘要 目的:明确生菜种子在发芽初期对不同浓度Na Cl的耐受性;方法:在生菜种子发芽时,通过施加不同浓度(0、50、100、150、200与250mmol/L)Na Cl溶液,研究Na Cl胁迫对生菜种子发芽势、相对发芽率、相对发芽指数、相对萌发活力指数、相对伤害率、主根长、下胚轴长、侧根数量、叶绿素含量及根系活力等相关指标的影响;结果:生菜种子在Na Cl浓度≤50 mmol/L时,发芽势、相对萌发活力指数等各指标与对照差异不显著,而叶绿素含量与根系活力却显著高于对照,而后随着Na Cl浓度的升高,对各指标的抑制强度显著增强;结论:生菜种子可耐50 mmol/L的Na Cl胁迫。 Objective: In order to determine the tolerance of lettuce seeds to Na Cl at the initial stage of germinating. Method: Lettuce seeds were stressed by different concentrations of Na Cl solution,from 0 to 250 mmol/L in every 50 mmol/L. Germinating characteristics of the lettuce seeds was measured by the relative indices which were germination energy,relative germination rate,relative germination index,relative germination vigor index,relative damage rate,taproot and hypocotyls length,lateral roots number,chlorophyll content and root activity.Result: When Na Cl concentration was no more than 50 mmol/L,each germination index did not increase or decrease remarkably,but chlorophyll content and root activity were significantly higher than that of the control.With the increase of Na Cl concentration,each indicator was suppressed more and more. Conclusion: A tolerated Na Cl concentration is 50 mmol/L in the process of germinating of lettuce seeds.
