摘要
目的:建立市售新鲜莴苣笋和叶中铁元素的含量测定方法。方法:采用邻菲啰啉分光光度法建立进行测定莴苣中铁元素的含量方法,并对其方法学进行验证,测定新鲜莴苣笋和叶中铁元素的含量。结果:标准曲线方程为Y=0.2036X+0.0002,线性相关系数r=0.9999,重现性测定相对标准偏差为0.07%,加标回收率为95.41%~96.58%。测得莴苣笋中铁的含量为7.376ug/g,叶中铁的含量为11.573ug/g。结论:实验方法可以用于莴苣中铁元素检测,检测结果表明莴苣叶中的铁含量比笋中含量要高。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of the iron element in the fresh lettuce stem and in the lettuce leaves. Methods: Using 1,10- Phenanthroline monohydrate spectrophotometry,to establish a method for determination of iron in lettuce,and the methodological verification,determination of content of fresh lettuce.Results: A standard curve equation was built as follows: y = 0. 2036 x + 0. 0002 with linear correlation coefficient of 0. 9999. The relative standard deviations of reproducibility was 0. 07%,The average spike recovery rates were95. 41% ~ 96. 58%. The content of iron in leaves and stem is 7. 376 and 11. 573 ug/g respectively. Conclusion: The result shows that the content of iron in leaves is much higher than that in the stem.
